This page explains what we send, what we ask, and what we will not publish. It is deliberately short on promises, because the referral list is still being built.

Accounting Cost UAE publishes sourced guides to corporate tax, VAT and what compliance work costs. People who read those pages and then ask for a price arrive with the context already done. We pass those requests to firms that cover the emirate and the kind of business involved.
What a request contains
Every enquiry carries the same six fields, because that is what the form asks for:
- Emirate
- Mainland, free zone, or not sure
- Annual revenue band, using the official AED 375,000 and AED 3,000,000 thresholds
- Services needed: bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, year-end statements, audit
- Name
- Email or WhatsApp number, with consent to be contacted
No scoring, no ranking, no "urgency" flag invented to make a lead look hotter than it is. If the person ticked "not sure yet", that is what you will see.
Who tends to arrive here
Established businesses rather than new company formations. The pages that bring people in are about filing deadlines, what a return costs, the VAT thresholds, and whether Small Business Relief applies. That audience usually already holds a licence, often already has a bookkeeper, and is comparing.
A recurring case worth knowing: owners who elected Small Business Relief, assumed a zero bill meant nothing to file, and have now read that relief is elected in the return. They arrive with a deadline and an untidy year behind them.
What we ask of a firm
- Reply within two working days, or tell us you are full.
- Quote on the volume you are given, and reprice openly if the volume turns out different.
- Be licensed for the work, and registered as a tax agent where the engagement needs one.
- Never use a request as a marketing list. One enquiry, one conversation.
What we will not do
- Publish provider names, rankings or "top firms" lists. The site prices the work, it does not recommend businesses.
- Print testimonials, logos or client counts we cannot verify.
- Sell the same request to a long list of firms.
- Quote penalty amounts or registration deadlines we have not verified in official text, on the pages that bring you these readers.
Where this stands today
Honest status: the site is new and the panel of firms is not yet assembled. Until it is, the form tells visitors it is not connected rather than quietly collecting details.
