The law we work to
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies to personal data processed in the UAE, and this policy is written to it. Where a free zone with its own data protection regime applies to the operator instead, that regime is identified here before launch. The exact legal references are to be confirmed in review.
What is collected
- Quote form. Emirate, mainland or free zone, revenue band, services needed, your name, and an email address or WhatsApp number. Nothing else, and no field is hidden.
- Nothing automatic. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers or ad code. Browsing a page does not create a profile of you.
- Server logs. The hosting provider may keep standard request logs, including IP address, for security and reliability. Those are the provider's logs, under the provider's terms.
Why, and on what basis
Form data is used for one purpose: passing your request to accounting firms so they can quote. That happens only with the consent you give by ticking the box, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the contact address above.
Who it is shared with
Accounting firms that can service your request, and the form provider that transports the submission. No sale of personal data, no advertising networks, no bulk lists.
How long it is kept
Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to pass them on and answer questions about them, and are deleted after that period. The retention period is stated precisely here before launch.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or object to the processing. Write to the contact address above and the request will be answered within the period the law allows.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and no children's data is knowingly collected.
